As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to for clients using our outsourced staffing services. From onboarding to retention, you’ll ensure their experience is seamless, their teams are thriving, and their expectations are exceeded. You’ll need top-tier communication skills, strong business instincts, and the kind of energy that keeps clients loyal and engaged.
What We’re Looking For

You have a strong HR background and experience in recruitment, staffing, or BPO
You’ve worked with international clients (bonus if you’ve managed accounts end-to-end)
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems
You’re comfortable working independently and under pressure
You’re okay with working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes and benefits)
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with outsourcing clients
Acting as a trusted advisor to resolve client concerns and challenges
Coordinating with the Recruitment Team to fill open roles
Partnering with Staff Services to support remote team member performance
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Ensuring overall client satisfaction and account stability

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Manila time)
