We're looking for a strategic Client Success Manager who can build strong, long-term client relationships while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions. This role goes beyond responding to client needs; you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients scale effectively through BruntWork's outsourced staffing solutions.
Job Highlights
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, this role requires flexibility to work one of the following shifts, based on business needs (all Manila Time)
- 3PM-12AM
- 9PM-6AM
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
- You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently

What you'll do:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients using BruntWork's outsourced staffing services

Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and growth plans

Proactively anticipate issues, address concerns, and recommend strategic solutions before they escalate

Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through structured engagement and problem-solving

Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure client staffing needs are clearly defined and met

Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure the ongoing performance, engagement, and satisfaction of outsourced staff

Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
