Client Success Manager

We're looking for a strategic Client Success Manager who can build strong, long-term client relationships while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions. This role goes beyond responding to client needs; you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients scale effectively through BruntWork's outsourced staffing solutions.

Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, this role requires flexibility to work one of the following shifts, based on business needs (all Manila Time)
    • 3PM-12AM
    • 9PM-6AM
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
    • Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection.
    • You will be responsible for handling taxes and benefits independently

What you'll do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients using BruntWork's outsourced staffing services

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, challenges, and growth plans

  • Proactively anticipate issues, address concerns, and recommend strategic solutions before they escalate

  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through structured engagement and problem-solving

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure client staffing needs are clearly defined and met

  • Partner with the Staff Services Team to ensure the ongoing performance, engagement, and satisfaction of outsourced staff

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality relationships

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
