Responsibilities

  • Transform organized content from Excel sheets into engaging social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Download, organize, and format visual content using Canva templates and established brand guidelines
  • Schedule and manage content calendar using Later scheduling platform to maintain consistent posting
  • Actively engage with the online community through thoughtful responses to comments and messages
  • Create dynamic video content and reels following provided guidelines and creative direction
  • Generate insightful reports on social media performance and competitive landscape analysis
  • Provide proactive recommendations for new post ideas and innovative engagement strategies
  • Maintain advance content scheduling to keep the brand ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate on content planning and strategic social media initiatives

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Canva for graphic design and professional content formatting
  • Hands-on familiarity with social media scheduling tools, particularly Later or similar platforms
  • Basic video editing capabilities for creating engaging reels and short-form content
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow established content formats consistently
  • Strong independent work ethic with minimal supervision required
  • Proficiency in Excel and systematic data organization
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices and community engagement strategies
  • Availability to work during UK morning hours or equivalent timezone coverage
