Responsibilities

• Growth Management: Manage and grow social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Reddit from zero followers to substantial audiences.
• Content Creation: Create compelling content by editing, enhancing, and optimizing raw videos and photos provided by the creator.
• Strategic Execution: Develop and execute strategic, data-driven social media campaigns designed to launch, scale, and optimize the brand effectively.
• Engagement & Community: Engage actively with target audiences through commenting and community interaction; manage DM communications as part of growth strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all content and promotional activities strictly comply with each platform’s community guidelines for adult-oriented content.
• Funnel Optimization: Implement advanced traffic funneling strategies to drive followers from social media to monetized subscription platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance across all platforms to ensure continuous growth.
• Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior social media staff or assistants if applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for content creators or similar brands within the niche.
• Deep, comprehensive understanding of community guidelines and content restrictions across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Demonstrated success in launching and growing social media accounts from zero followers to significant audiences.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools for content creation and enhancement.
• Professional comfort level working with sensitive content materials while maintaining appropriate discretion.
• Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous social media work or content examples demonstrating results, growth, and strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of content funneling strategies and conversion optimization to drive traffic to monetized platforms.
• Extensive experience with social media engagement strategies, algorithm optimization, and growth hacking techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement social media strategy independently, including advanced analytics and reporting.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
