Job Overview

Our client is looking for the voice of excellent customer service for a growing pool service company, where your bilingual skills directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. This role puts you at the center of operations across multiple business entities, giving you variety in your daily work while building expertise in the pool service industry. You’ll handle everything from appointment scheduling to payment processing, making a real difference in customers’ pool maintenance experience.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide expert support for pool service and repair needs
  • Make strategic outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments across multiple business locations
  • Process customer payments and manage accounts receivable follow-up
  • Answer technical pool-related questions and provide guidance over the phone
  • Support operations across five different business entities under one umbrella
  • Communicate seamlessly with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate with field teams using integrated software systems

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (native or near-native level required)
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based support
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Experience with payment processing and basic administrative tasks
  • Comfortable learning new software systems (training provided)
  • Experience with CRM systems or field service industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling platforms is an advantage
