Job Description
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web applications that power hotel booking optimization tools. This role requires strong full stack engineering skills with deep experience in TypeScript. You will collaborate closely with product and technical leaders, contribute to new feature development, improve application performance, and ensure code quality across the stack. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into full-time as the team continues to grow.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney time includes 1-hour unpaid break(8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end architecture
- Build new features that enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and system performance
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following development best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in development processes
- Stay current with modern development trends—especially within TypeScript and associated frameworks
- Collaborate directly with leadership to align development priorities and project goals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including modern frameworks and libraries
- Full stack experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks)
- Back-end experience with Node.js and database technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Bonus if you have
- Experience working on SaaS platforms or booking/analytics systems
- Familiarity with agile development workflows
- Background in performance optimization or scalable architecture
