Job Description
The Sales & Customer Service Specialist will play a key role in supporting the clinic’s growth by managing patient communication, driving consultation bookings, and supporting sales of premium services. This role combines relationship-based sales with white-glove customer service and light operational coordination.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with patients, experienced in selling high-ticket services, and able to manage follow-ups and outreach with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by promoting and booking premium consultations (£400–£500+ per session)

Manage the full patient journey from initial enquiry through booking, follow-up, and ongoing coordination

Convert warm leads and inbound enquiries into confirmed, high-value consultation appointments

Engage prospective patients through professional outreach and networking, including LinkedIn

Promote and support sales of newly launched online wellness programs

Implement and maintain structured patient follow-up systems to ensure continuity of care

Deliver a white-glove customer experience aligned with a premium healthcare practice

Manage scheduling, confirmations, and related administrative workflows accurately

Identify new patient acquisition opportunities and creative outreach channels

Build long-term patient relationships that support satisfaction, trust, and practice growth
Requirements (Skills)

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient-facing roles

Confidence selling high-ticket services, ideally within private healthcare or wellness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills

Comfortable conducting professional outreach on LinkedIn or similar platforms
