Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Client Intake & Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound inquiries for tax and business consulting services. This role focuses on qualifying leads, explaining and selling services (tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business formation), scheduling consultations, and ensuring smooth handoff to the internal team. The ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, is comfortable on the phone, and has familiarity with finance or business services. This is a full-time, remote independent contractor role with a stable schedule and peak-season flexibility.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Miami, FL time with an hour unpaid break (8 hours a day, 40 hours per week)
Note: During peak season (February to May), staff may be required to work an additional day on Saturday with the same daily schedule. After peak season, the work schedule may be reduced to three days per week.
Responsibilities:-
Intake new tax and business consulting clients

Explain and sell tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business formation services

Qualify leads and convert inquiries into signed clients

Schedule client consultations and ensure proper handoff to the tax/admin team

Maintain clear documentation of client needs and services sold

Follow up with potential clients to close outstanding opportunities

Spanish and English fluency required

Background or familiarity with finance, tax, accounting, or business services
