Job Description: You’ll build and amplify the marketing presence for a brand that’s genuinely changing lives while scaling internationally. This role offers creative freedom to develop campaigns from the ground up for a well-funded company with a powerful mission. You’ll have the opportunity to create content that resonates with a meaningful cause while working in a flexible, results-driven environment that values execution and authenticity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Shopify ecosystem, optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), checkout flows, and upsell funnels to maximize Average Order Value (AOV).

  • Execute technical and on-page SEO strategies to capture high-intent keywords and drive sustainable organic traffic growth.

  • Create and deploy high-converting content and visuals (using Canva) that "stop the scroll" and drive measurable user action from click to checkout.

  • Develop psychological triggers and Call-to-Action (CTA) strategies across ads, landing pages, and website elements to increase Conversion Rates.

  • Analyze funnel performance and revenue metrics daily, obsessing over testing and optimization rather than vanity metrics like likes or impressions.

  • Strategize the interplay between paid acquisition and organic traffic to ensure sustainable revenue scaling.

  • Design and implement bundles, upsells, and cross-sell offers to lift overall store revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a growth operator with clear examples of converting traffic into actual online sales (revenue impact is required, not just engagement).

  • Expert-level proficiency in Shopify is mandatory, including funnel building, backend management, and checkout optimization.

  • Experience working specifically with FMCG, beverage, food, or premium lifestyle brands.

  • Strong technical skill set including SEO (keyword intent), Canva (rapid visual execution), and landing page optimization.

  • A data-driven mindset that prioritizes Revenue Growth, AOV, and Sales over brand awareness or social engagement metrics.

  • Ability to demonstrate "before and after" performance proof from previous roles.

  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor who executes fast—not just a strategist or manager.
