Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Pacific Time or any U.S. time zone (with up to 3 hours of flexibility)
Responsibilities:
- Make 30-50 targeted outbound calls daily to follow up on construction leads using proven scripts
- Use Go High Level CRM system to access lead lists and manage calling workflow through integrated dialer
- Introduce the company professionally and collect essential project information from prospects
- Schedule qualified appointments and calls between prospects and the business owner
- Maintain detailed call notes and update CRM records for seamless handoffs
- Keep leads engaged through consistent follow-up to prevent opportunities from slipping away
- Handle light administrative tasks including email management and document coordination
- Support lead nurturing process to maximize conversion potential
Requirements:
- Must work Pacific Time or any US timezone (3-hour flexibility acceptable)
- Fluent English communication with clear, professional phone presence
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level preferred
- Strong appointment setting and lead qualification skills
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversations
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
- Bonus if you have construction industry knowledge or previous B2C sales experience
