Overview
As a Digital Marketer, you will manage the full lifecycle of our digital presence—from launching high-performing ad campaigns on social platforms to nurturing our audience through sophisticated email and SMS flows. You will be responsible for not only executing campaigns but also interpreting data to optimize performance and managing our Shopify storefront.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with 1 hour unpaid break | EST

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be able to analyze complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and independently develop practical solutions rather than relying solely on standard processes or AI-generated responses.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, make informed decisions, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, project ownership, or decision-making capacity is strongly preferred. This may include managing people, leading initiatives, overseeing projects, or being accountable for key business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Shopify store management and operations
- Email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
- Facebook/Meta Ads campaign management
- Google Ads campaign management
- Data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization
- Social media content creation with demonstrated business or engagement results
Experience (At least 1 of the following; the more the better):
- 2 years leadership experience in Fashion Business/Social Media Business/Marketing Agency/Data Analytics, IT, or Tech-focused Company
- Experience creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook Ads (5 years preferred, not required)
- 3 years of experience in content planning and creation with proven results
- Ability to create email campaigns and SMS campaigns
- Ability to set up and update automations and flows in Klaviyo or a similar tool
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting sales data and ad performance
- Experience in creating products and landing pages on Shopify
- Experience in writing engaging titles and descriptions for ads.
- Creative writing experience
- Experience in writing product listing texts.
