E-commerce Brand Manager (Remote)
Role Overview
The E-commerce Brand Manager is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s online presence across e-commerce, product design, and digital marketing channels. This role blends hands-on execution with process development and requires experience taking products from concept through launch while supporting revenue growth through marketing and optimization.
Work Schedule: 7am-11am CST
Core Responsibilities
1. Shopify Store Management

Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and basic site layout updates

Handle customer service–related tasks tied to the e-commerce platform

Ensure product information, visuals, and descriptions are accurate and optimized
2. Apparel Product Design & Execution

Design apparel products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, socks) using tools such as Canva, MidJourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms

Translate creative direction, market research, and sales data into finished product designs

Take products from concept to final execution, including uploading designs into print-on-demand templates
-
Collaborate closely with you for design direction and approvals
3. Digital Marketing (Social, Paid Media & SEO)

Manage and support social media presence aligned with brand strategy

Execute and optimize paid media campaigns

Support SEO initiatives to improve visibility and traffic
4. Process & SOP Development

Establish and document clear processes and SOPs for:

Shopify and e-commerce operations

Product design workflows

Marketing execution (social, paid media, SEO)

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Ideal Background

Proven experience managing Shopify stores
-
Demonstrated apparel design experience with print-on-demand workflows

Hands-on experience with social media, paid media, and SEO
-
Ability to build and document repeatable processes
-
Comfortable owning execution while aligning closely with leadership direction
