Job Description for Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential land sellers
  • Follow up on mailed offers to gauge interest and generate leads
  • Qualify leads by assessing sellers’ readiness and willingness to sell their land
  • Use the Pebble CRM system to track leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Navigate objections and provide initial information about the land acquisition process
  • Schedule appointments or call-backs with qualified leads for further discussion
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Experience in cold calling or appointment setting, in real estate preferred in property acquisitions a MUST
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
