Job Description for Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential land sellers
- Follow up on mailed offers to gauge interest and generate leads
- Qualify leads by assessing sellers’ readiness and willingness to sell their land
- Use the Pebble CRM system to track leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Navigate objections and provide initial information about the land acquisition process
- Schedule appointments or call-backs with qualified leads for further discussion
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting, in real estate preferred in property acquisitions a MUST
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
