Responsibilities
- Conduct professional cold calling to prospects from curated lead lists
- Clearly communicate security service offerings including CCTV installation, monitoring, and security staffing
- Identify prospect security needs and pain points to generate genuine interest
- Schedule qualified appointments between interested prospects and the sales team
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication to confirm appointments and build rapport
- Document call outcomes and prospect information with accuracy and detail
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining positive prospect relationships

Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting (security industry experience a bonus)
- Fluent English communication with clear, professional phone presence suitable for UK market
