Overview
A dynamic digital marketing agency is seeking a senior Sales Closer to own the end-to-end closing process for high-value AI-powered marketing and automation solutions. You will work with pre-qualified, warm prospects who have already expressed interest, allowing you to focus solely on closing and revenue generation. This role offers full autonomy, senior-level negotiation responsibility, and direct impact on agency growth.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (London time zone)

Responsibilities

Close high-value deals with pre-qualified prospects during scheduled video presentations

Conduct independent B2B sales negotiations with full decision-making authority

Manage the entire closing process from initial interest through contract signature

Present comprehensive digital marketing solutions including AI automation and lead generation

Handle senior-level conversations with business owners and key decision-makers

Work with warm leads generated through proven marketing and outreach campaigns

Maintain and manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up processes

Collaborate with the lead generation team to optimize prospect handoff and conversion rates
Requirements

Senior-level B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals

Demonstrated ability to conduct independent negotiations and close autonomously

Experience with video conferencing sales presentations and remote closing

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and value propositions

Proven success working with UK and US business markets

Self-motivated with excellent pipeline management skills

Bonus if you have experience with marketing automation or SaaS solutions

Agency or professional services sales background is a plus
