Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Executive with strong sales “DNA” and a hunter mindset. While the role includes selling branded content and advertising solutions, it is broader in scope—focused on lead generation, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and long-term revenue growth.
This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building pipelines, opening doors, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. Sector-specific knowledge in media or recruitment advertising is not mandatory—we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong consultative selling fundamentals, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
You will drive revenue by identifying and engaging companies within recruitment, staffing, and related industries, positioning advertising placements, sponsorships, and broader partnership opportunities. This is a growth-focused role that blends new business development with account management and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and database mining.
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships with marketing heads, founders, and budget holders.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive client acquisition initiatives beyond existing warm leads.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across advertising, sponsorship, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Explore long-term commercial collaborations within the recruitment and staffing ecosystem.
Advertising & Revenue Solutions
- Sell advertising space, branded content packages, newsletter sponsorships, and partnership placements.
- Present compelling value propositions supported by audience insights, digital metrics, and market positioning.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and package structures to maximize revenue while delivering strong ROI.
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-through.
- Nurture long-term client relationships to drive renewals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Conduct performance reviews with clients to demonstrate results and secure renewals.
Requirements:
Core Sales Competencies
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience (media/advertising experience is a plus but not required).
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing new business deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle independently.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
