B2B Sales Development Representative

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM AU time
  • Client Timezone: Australian timezone

Scope:

  • Manage approximately 140 inbound leads per month
  • Primary focus on inbound lead conversion with potential outbound expansion
  • Work within established HubSpot automation workflows
  • Collaborate with 3-person existing team handling lead processes
  • Training provided on company-specific SOPs and internal software systems

Responsibilities:

  • Call inbound leads to schedule discovery sessions with the sales team
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct follow-up calls on leads that haven't responded initially
  • Handle invoice follow-ups and customer communication calls
  • Update lead status and information in HubSpot automation system
  • Create and maintain documentation to assist internal team processes
  • Potentially conduct outbound prospecting activities when capacity allows
  • Work with company SOPs and internal software systems 

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B appointment setting and lead management
  • Comfortable communicating with both business clients and individual entrepreneurs
  • Tech-savvy with ability to have intuitive conversations about digital solutions
  • Experience working in startup environments and wearing multiple hats
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills for phone-based interactions
  • Ability to follow SOPs and create documentation
  • Comfortable with call recording and monitoring systems
