Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM AU time
- Client Timezone: Australian timezone
Scope:
- Manage approximately 140 inbound leads per month
- Primary focus on inbound lead conversion with potential outbound expansion
- Work within established HubSpot automation workflows
- Collaborate with 3-person existing team handling lead processes
- Training provided on company-specific SOPs and internal software systems
Responsibilities:
- Call inbound leads to schedule discovery sessions with the sales team
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Conduct follow-up calls on leads that haven't responded initially
- Handle invoice follow-ups and customer communication calls
- Update lead status and information in HubSpot automation system
- Create and maintain documentation to assist internal team processes
- Potentially conduct outbound prospecting activities when capacity allows
- Work with company SOPs and internal software systems
Requirements:
- Experience with B2B appointment setting and lead management
- Comfortable communicating with both business clients and individual entrepreneurs
- Tech-savvy with ability to have intuitive conversations about digital solutions
- Experience working in startup environments and wearing multiple hats
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong communication skills for phone-based interactions
- Ability to follow SOPs and create documentation
- Comfortable with call recording and monitoring systems
