Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media posting across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms
- Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns
- Edit and publish video testimonials and installation content provided by the client
- Answer phone calls professionally and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain and update the company website on WIX platform
- Process customer information and manage lead data collection
- Handle email communications and client follow-ups
- Support the development of a customer loyalty/membership program
- Create professional-looking social media content from raw materials provided
- Manage Google Workspace setup and ongoing maintenance
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Experience with WIX website management
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Video editing capabilities for testimonials and promotional content
- Administrative and data management experience
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
- Experience in health, wellness, or home improvement industries preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Scope:
- Focus on immediate campaign launch within 2-3 weeks
- Target market: Health-conscious homeowners, builders, and renovation professionals
- Goal to generate 1-2 installations per day through marketing efforts
- Support business growth from solo operation to scaled team
- Handle both marketing and operational support functions
- Work closely with founder to develop brand messaging around health benefits
