We're looking for a proactive, outbound-focused Business Development Representative to generate revenue while we finalize development of our broader application.
�� What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to Property Management firms and MGAs using a mix of email, LinkedIn, and phone
Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and build rapport
Collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator to personalize outreach campaigns
Use our custom GPT tools to improve efficiency and consistency in messaging
Book discovery meetings and help move opportunities into the pipeline
Maintain detailed records and activities in HubSpot CRM
Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and objections you’re hearing in the field
Hit monthly activity and revenue-based performance targets
�� What We’re Looking For
2+ years of outbound sales or BDR experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments)
Track record of success with cold outreach and early-funnel sales
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, email automation tools, and AI/GPT-powered assistants
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Must be available during U.S. business hours
