Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound email sequences and lead qualification to care homes using proven scripts and templates
  • Generate qualified appointments for the sales team through strategic outreach
  • Qualify leads and identify genuine interest before handoff to sales representatives
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities, responses, and lead status
  • Follow established email processes to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Collaborate with existing appointment setter to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Facilitate the transfer of qualified leads to the client's sales team.
  • Track and report on email campaign performance and appointment conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with email-based appointment setting and B2B lead generation
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and professional tone
  • Ability to follow scripts and established processes while maintaining authenticity
  • Experience with CRM systems or lead management platforms
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
