Role Name: UX Designer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm UAE with an hour unpaid break

Job Description: 

You’ll design user experiences for sophisticated transactional platforms that matter – banking apps, government portals, and digital services that millions of people depend on daily. This isn’t about simple marketing websites; you’ll tackle complex UX challenges that require strategic thinking and deep user empathy. You’ll work as a fully integrated team member, participating in daily standups and collaborating directly with on-site strategists to deliver meaningful digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Design user experiences for complex transactional websites and government applications
• Participate in daily team standups and collaborative planning sessions
• Create UX/UI solutions for banking apps and sophisticated government portals
• Work closely with on-site service design and strategy teams on project execution
• Follow established team documentation standards and design processes
• Contribute to government digital transformation initiatives with direct citizen impact
• Deliver design solutions that meet strict government security and usability standards
• Support both 6-month project engagements and ongoing long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing complex transactional websites and applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on banking apps, government portals, or similar sophisticated platforms
• Excellent English communication skills for seamless remote collaboration
• Experience working remotely as an integrated team member (not just outsourced work)
• Must be Philippines-based due to client security requirements
• Ability to obtain security clearance (passport and residential address verification required)
• Bonus if you have experience with government sector projects or regulatory compliance
• It helps if you’re comfortable working across different time zones when needed
