Client Overview
The client is a fast-growing healthcare AI company revolutionizing how patients connect with healthcare providers. They partner with medical practices across the U.S. to integrate AI at the top of phone systems, improving patient experience and streamlining communication. The company operates in a high-growth environment with strong expansion opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities

Manually call healthcare provider phone numbers to navigate and document complete phone tree structures

Create detailed diagrams and workflows mapping each provider’s telephony system

Coordinate directly with telephony vendors to establish AI integration

Maintain consistent follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely implementation

Provide regular project updates via Slack and email

Proactively flag technical issues, delays, or roadblocks
-
Manage timelines and coordinate between healthcare providers and telephony vendors
-
Obtain and manage DIDs (Direct Inward Dialing numbers) and other technical setup requirements
Requirements

Hands-on experience with telephony systems (RingCentral or similar platforms preferred)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent phone communication skills with a confident, professional presence

High attention to detail when mapping complex phone tree structures

Ability to persistently follow up and be assertive with vendors

Bonus: Experience in healthcare environments or medical practice workflows

Bonus: Call center experience and understanding of telephony best practices
