Job Overview
The Sales Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate quotations, managing sales data, responding to enquiries, and supporting the sales team with product and pricing solutions. This role focuses on speed, accuracy, CRM excellence, and commercial judgement, ensuring clients receive timely, well-considered options aligned with the client’s product range and brand tone.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quoting

Prepare accurate sales estimates, quotations, and pricing options.

Provide product and pricing recommendations aligned with client requirements.

Prepare quotations in Word and HubSpot using approved templates.
-
Manage quote revisions, updates, and approvals efficiently.
-
Support tender submissions where required.
Client & Enquiry Management
-
Respond to general sales enquiries sent via email or internal channels.
-
Communicate directly with clients using approved company language and tone.
-
Provide clear product guidance and pricing options in response to enquiries.
-
Ensure timely follow-up and professional correspondence.
CRM & Data Management (HubSpot)
-
Create and manage deals in HubSpot with complete and accurate data.
-
Ensure deal type, country, VIP status, value, completion date, and assigned salesperson are correct and up to date.
-
Initiate data analysis within HubSpot (e.g., sorting by VIP type, country, client segment)
-
Support HubSpot data clean-up and hygiene, including marketing-related fields.

Assist with HubSpot reporting for Sales and Marketing teams
Reporting & Coordination

Accurately report weekly sales data into Google Sheets for sales meetings.
-
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to clarify pricing, scope, and timelines.

Maintain organized records of quotes, approvals, and revisions
Technical (Minor Component)
-
Read and extract basic measurements from drawings when required.
-
Understand plan scales (1:10, 1:50, etc.) as a supporting skill, not a core function.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Sales Estimator, Sales Assistant, or Estimator Sales Administrator
-
Experience preparing quotations and tender documentation (interiors, construction, or specification preferred)

Advanced experience using HubSpot CRM (required)

Strong numerical accuracy and pricing confidence
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (costing, sorting, analysis, reporting)

Excellent written English and professional email communication.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality

Complete onboarding across the client’s products, pricing structures, and brand tone.

Demonstrate advanced, confident use of HubSpot.

Accurately enter and manage deals with no missing or incorrect data.

Prepare quotations using templates with zero pricing errors.

Respond to general enquiries professionally and within agreed timeframes
By 60 Days – Commercial Confidence

Independently prepare standard quotations in Word and HubSpot within 30 minutes.

Confidently provide product and pricing options in response to client enquiries.

Maintain clean, well-structured HubSpot data across assigned deals

Accurately support weekly sales reporting.

Identify and flag data inconsistencies (VIP status, country, deal type)
By 90 Days – Ownership & Reliability

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s products and pricing.

Make appropriate product suggestions aligned with client needs and budgets.

Independently manage enquiries, quotes, revisions, and documentation.

Initiate basic data analysis in HubSpot (e.g., sorting by VIP type or country)

Support HubSpot reporting and marketing data clean-up initiatives.
