You will serve as the operational backbone of these businesses, supporting day-to-day administration and ensuring smooth operations across multiple ventures. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, hands-on training, and strong growth potential as you expand your responsibilities and master various systems.

Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll for 25+ employees using spreadsheets and payment platforms such as Venmo

Enter player attendance and game participation data into sports management systems (e.g., ARMS)

Manage email communications across multiple business areas, including drafting and sending correspondence

Handle real estate administrative tasks such as lease setup, payment confirmations, and tenant communications

Coordinate insurance and tax-related documentation for multiple properties and vehicles

Follow up on website updates and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion

Maintain accurate and well-organized spreadsheets and operational records

Support university athletics programs by uploading practice plans and completing administrative tasks
Requirements

Fluent English communication skills with strong phone presence for training and collaboration

Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and workflows

Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple online platforms

High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for financial and data entry tasks
