Job Description – Zoho & IT Specialist

 

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM NZT (1-hour unpaid break)
Duration: Zoho implementation focus initially, then IT and system support afterward

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho One, including back-end and front-end configurations, portals, workflows, dashboards, and automation.

  • Set up and manage integrations with payment gateways, processors, and other third-party applications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and configure Zoho solutions accordingly.

  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting and optimization during the implementation phase to ensure smooth operations.

  • Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for internal reference.

  • Post-implementation, support internal IT systems and provide general IT troubleshooting, maintenance, and guidance.

  • Assist with system updates, user support, and other technical projects as needed.

  • Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring technical solutions align with operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Zoho One, including configuration, automation, and integrations.

  • IT proficiency, including system support, troubleshooting, and software setup.

  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, portals, dashboards, and automation.

  • Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-driven environment.
