Job Description – Zoho & IT Specialist
Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho One, including back-end and front-end configurations, portals, workflows, dashboards, and automation.

Set up and manage integrations with payment gateways, processors, and other third-party applications.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and configure Zoho solutions accordingly.

Provide ongoing troubleshooting and optimization during the implementation phase to ensure smooth operations.

Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for internal reference.

Post-implementation, support internal IT systems and provide general IT troubleshooting, maintenance, and guidance.

Assist with system updates, user support, and other technical projects as needed.

Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring technical solutions align with operational needs.
Requirements:

Strong experience with Zoho One, including configuration, automation, and integrations.

IT proficiency, including system support, troubleshooting, and software setup.

Familiarity with CRM workflows, portals, dashboards, and automation.

Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-driven environment.
