Administrative & Marketing Assistant

About the Role

The client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and help strengthen our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a balance of administrative support skills and hands-on marketing experience, particularly in social media and website management.

You will play a key role in keeping our business organized, responsive, and visible to customers while helping improve internal systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle email correspondence and client communication professionally and promptly

  • Manage documents and files within Google Drive

  • Assist with invoicing, follow-ups, and basic bookkeeping support

  • Support general office tasks, calendar coordination, and internal organization

  • Track and manage leads to ensure proper follow-up and documentation

Marketing & Online Presence

  • Update and maintain the company website with accurate and current information

  • Manage social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content

  • Help create and post advertisements and promotional materials

  • Assist with marketing outreach, listings, and basic campaigns

  • Support improvements to internal systems, workflows, and organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both administrative support and marketing

  • Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation

  • Experience updating and maintaining websites

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, especially Google Drive

  • Basic understanding of invoicing and office administration

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
