  • Sunday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with one hour unpaid break daily

  • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (New York/Miami)

Job Description

You’ll be the crucial first point of contact in a high-impact real estate operation, where your communication skills directly influence people’s lives during important decisions. As the front line of this growing company, you’ll identify motivated property owners and connect them with professional closing specialists who can provide real solutions. This role offers the perfect blend of meaningful work, skill development, and earning potential in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to property owners across Florida, Ohio, New York, and Texas
  • Follow proven scripts to engage property owners and assess their interest in selling
  • Qualify leads by determining seller motivation and readiness to move forward
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with the closing team for qualified prospects
  • Transfer hot leads to specialists with proper documentation and context
  • Maintain professional, empathetic communication with property owners in various situations
  • Work within provided phone dialer systems and CRM platforms to track progress
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets
  • Document call outcomes and maintain accurate lead records

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of cold calling or sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills with neutral accent 
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
  • Experience with phone dialer systems and CRM software
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time zone consistently
  • Bonus if you have real estate industry experience
  • It helps if you have experience in crisis communication or working with distressed clients
