Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-level, proactive AI Video & VFX Specialist to join our team full-time. This is not a traditional administrative role; we need a creative powerhouse who is fluent in the latest Generative AI video tools and visual effects. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, interactive video content using a mix of traditional editing and cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Video Production: Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance video quality, generate assets, and automate complex editing tasks.

• VFX & Motion Graphics: Integrate interactive elements and animations using LottieFiles and other motion graphic tools.

• Asset Management: Curate high-quality music, sound effects, and stock footage via Artlist to match the brand’s tone.

• Advanced Techniques: Execute professional-grade Hyperlapse and Timelapse sequences, ensuring smooth transitions and stabilization.

• Interactive Design: Implement interactive video elements that drive user engagement.

Candidate Requirements
Non-Negotiable Technical Expertise

• Generative AI Video & VFX: Proven experience using AI tools for video generation, upscaling, or manipulation.

• Software/Platforms: Deep familiarity with Artlist (for licensing/curation) and LottieFiles (for web-friendly animations).

• Advanced Editing: Mastery of Hyperlapse and Timelapse editing techniques.

• Interactive Content: Experience building or preparing videos for interactive platforms.

Communication & Soft Skills

• Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating on creative concepts.

• Proactive Mindset: You don't just wait for a script; you suggest creative AI solutions and visual improvements.

• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for VFX consistency, frame rates, and polished final exports.

Nice-to-Have Traits

• Experience with AI voice cloning or lip-sync tools.

• Knowledge of traditional VFX suites (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

• A portfolio showcasing AI-integrated video work.
