You’ll be the crucial first point of contact in helping people navigate important property decisions while working with a team that values efficiency and results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport quickly and setting up meaningful conversations. You’ll work with warm leads using proven scripts, making this an essential part of the sales funnel. The position offers the satisfaction of connecting people with the right solutions while working remotely with a supportive team that provides all the tools and training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to sellers using provided lead lists and established scripts
• Book appointments for real estate agents through quick, efficient conversations
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of call outcomes and appointment status
• Work with dialer systems and CRM tools to manage call flow and lead progression
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers when needed
• Report daily metrics and KPIs to management for performance tracking
• Pass qualified appointments to appropriate agents for follow-up and closing
• Maintain professional phone presence while following scripts and natural conversation flow

Requirements

• Previous experience with cold calling and appointment setting in any industry
• Familiarity with dialer systems and calling technology platforms
• Strong communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
• Ability to work full-time hours with reliable internet connection for remote work
• Self-motivated with ability to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude
• Comfortable following scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversation flow
• It helps if you have experience in real estate, mortgage, or financial services
