  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, includes 1hr unpaid break | CST

Step into a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in driving business growth through strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll engage business owners across multiple industries, introducing them to proven digital marketing solutions designed to improve online visibility and generate measurable results.

This role offers a strong balance of structure and growth opportunity, with clear performance metrics, commission incentives, and the potential to expand into audit and video-based prospecting. You’ll work with modern tools, established outreach frameworks, and a supportive closing team that values qualified leads and collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns (100+ calls per day) to businesses across various industries.

  • Research and identify prospects using Google Maps and local search results, focusing on businesses not ranking on the first page

  • Deliver concise, compelling 30-second pitches that clearly communicate value and capture interest.

  • Qualify prospects and transfer warm, sales-ready leads to the closing team.

  • Create and send personalized audit or intro videos via email and SMS as part of a multi-channel follow-up strategy.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to assess interest and further qualify opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the closing team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous process improvement.

  • Accurately document all call activity, prospect details, and outcomes in the CRM or tracking system.

  • Take on expanded responsibilities over time, including creating custom audit videos for prospects (growth opportunity)

 

Requirements

  • Exceptional English verbal clarity and the ability to articulate technical concepts to business owners.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as Google Maps, SEO, and local search optimization

  • Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing preferred

  • Comfortable handling rejection while maintaining consistent energy and call volume

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using calling systems (e.g., CallRail), email, and text messaging platforms.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding daily KPIs

  • Resilient, positive attitude suited for high-volume outbound outreach
