Job Overview: You’ll take ownership of all digital marketing efforts for a thriving interior design business, showcasing stunning visual work across multiple platforms while driving client acquisition and engagement. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content creation, strategic marketing execution, and data-driven optimization. You’ll work directly with the business owner and have the autonomy to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Houzz platforms
- Update and maintain high-quality photo galleries on the company website
- Design and distribute regular newsletters to clients and prospects using Flowdesk
- Execute affiliate marketing strategies, particularly with the Amazon affiliate program
- Analyze social media analytics to identify peak engagement times and optimize posting schedules
- Create visual marketing materials and graphics using Canva
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the team using Slack and Basecamp for seamless communication
Requirements:
- You bring proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and Flowdesk for email marketing is essential.
- You’re comfortable working across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Houzz platforms and can analyze metrics to optimize performance.

Bonus if you have experience with Amazon affiliate marketing, Dubsado client management system, or working with interior design or visual-focused businesses.
- You’re available during Pacific Time hours with some overlap for team collaboration.
