Job Description:
The Marketing Research Assistant will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by researching markets, building high-quality prospect lists, and maintaining accurate lead data. This role is research-led and data-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys digging into information, spotting patterns, and creating clean, usable datasets for outreach and sales activity.
Email campaign support may be included occasionally, but the primary focus of this role is market research, list building, and data enrichment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers

Support list building, lead sourcing, and data scraping activities

Enrich and maintain lead and prospect data to ensure accuracy and relevance

Research and validate company and contact information before outreach

Work with lead generation and research tools such as Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase, or similar platforms

Maintain structured, well-organised datasets for sales and outreach teams

Identify trends, gaps, or opportunities within target markets

Contribute ideas to improve research workflows and outreach effectiveness

Support email outreach activities when required, including basic campaign monitoring or template updates (nice to have)

Assist with ad-hoc marketing or research tasks as the business expands into new channels, including social media
Requirements (Skills):

Experience in market research, lead generation, list building, or data support roles

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Comfortable using research and lead generation tools (Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase, etc.)

Strong written English and professional communication skills

Ability to organise, clean, and maintain accurate data

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
As this is a work-from-home role, you must have your own computer and a stable internet connection capable of supporting research tools and video calls.
