Job Description: 

You’ll play a crucial role in expanding this roofing company’s reach by connecting with homeowners who need roof inspections and services. This isn’t random dialing – you’ll be targeting specific neighborhoods and demographics using data-driven approaches to generate high-quality leads. You’ll work directly with the business owner, have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses, and help build a systematic lead generation process that complements their existing successful door-to-door operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Make targeted outbound calls to homeowners to schedule roof inspection appointments
• Focus calling efforts on specific Florida neighborhoods with strategic demographic targeting
• Target homeowners with 10+ year old roofs and higher income households ($100K+)
• Utilize the provided lead lists and roof data from specialized applications
• Conduct basic lead generation using tools like Google Maps when provided with guidelines
• Provide detailed daily reports on call metrics, including dials made, contacts reached, and appointments scheduled
• Maintain direct communication with management for ongoing training and performance optimization
• Follow the provided scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation flow
• Track and document all prospect interactions and follow-up requirements

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage homeowners professionally
• Self-motivated approach with comfort in a remote work environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls
• Bonus if you have experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems
