E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, manage product listings across major e-commerce platforms, and learn new tools along the way. Scope:

  • Dual focus: approximately 50% customer service, 50% e-commerce operations

  • Multi-platform management across 40+ websites and marketplaces

  • Direct client interaction via phone and email

  • Ongoing training and skill development in new technologies

  • Integration with existing team through regular video meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service inquiries via email and phone calls during Pacific time zone business hours

  • List new products across 40+ different e-commerce websites and marketplaces

  • Create new product listings including titles, descriptions, and image uploads

  • Manage product information across multiple platforms including eBay, Amazon, and Walmart

  • Learn and adapt to new e-commerce technologies and listing platforms as needed

  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings via video conference

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards

 

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)

  • Smart, adaptable learner who can be trained on various systems

  • Professional demeanor for customer-facing interactions

  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms preferred but not required
