Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound customer calls from contractors and other clients
  • Process customer orders accurately using the company’s ERP system (DDI Systems)
  • Answer customer questions and provide guidance on products and services
  • Direct customers to appropriate resources or personnel when needed
  • Provide daily call summaries and reports to management
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (junior level acceptable)
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn and work with ERP systems and phone software (Dialpad, DDI Systems)
  • Professional phone manner and voice skills
  • Ability to work full-time hours in the client’s timezone (Eastern Time)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work remotely

Scope

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
