Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound customer calls from contractors and other clients
- Process customer orders accurately using the company’s ERP system (DDI Systems)
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance on products and services
- Direct customers to appropriate resources or personnel when needed
- Provide daily call summaries and reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and orders
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (junior level acceptable)
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn and work with ERP systems and phone software (Dialpad, DDI Systems)
- Professional phone manner and voice skills
- Ability to work full-time hours in the client’s timezone (Eastern Time)
- Basic computer skills and ability to work remotely
Scope
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
