Operations / Practice / General Manager (Legal Practice)
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM AEST

Job Summary
We are seeking a senior Operations / Practice / General Manager to own and lead the day-to-day operations of a legal practice. This role is responsible for driving performance through KPIs, ensuring team accountability, and implementing quarterly goals and operational frameworks to support growth and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in legal or professional services operations, is highly structured, and can operate autonomously while partnering closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage daily operations across the legal practice

Define, track, and improve KPIs and performance metrics

Ensure accountability across legal, administrative, and support teams

Implement quarterly goals, operational plans, and execution frameworks

Improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes to support scalability
Requirements

5+ years’ experience in operations, practice management, or general management

Experience in a legal practice or professional services environment

Proven experience managing KPIs and performance frameworks

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience working with remote or offshore teams preferred
