Responsibilities
Content & Podcast Support

Edit podcast video content for distribution across digital channels

Create, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms (OSS and podcast accounts) using Canva and Hootsuite, including posts, reels, stories, and shorts
-
Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure campaigns, posts, and EDMs align with events and business priorities
Social Media & Community Management
-
Monitor social media channels daily and respond to comments and routine messages

Escalate complex, sensitive, or non-standard enquiries to the appropriate team member
-
Track engagement, growth, and performance to inform ongoing improvements
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns
-
Build, schedule, and optimize EDM campaigns
-
Set up, manage, and refine email marketing automations, segmentation, pop-ups, and tagging workflows in MailerLite
-
Support paid digital marketing activity as required
Website & Systems Management
-
Update and maintain the WordPress website, including basic content changes and event updates
-
Ensure key pages remain accurate and current
Inbox & Customer Communications

Manage shared inboxes for multiple staff members, including filtering, labeling, prioritization, and routing enquiries

Handle routine customer communications such as refunds and credits
-
Escalate exceptions or edge cases to the appropriate team member for approval
Reporting & Administration

Prepare weekly performance reports across social media, EDMs, and key campaigns, including engagement, growth, conversion signals, and recommendations

Provide general administrative support, including filing, digital organization, and calendar management

Support workflow management and process documentation by helping build and improve SOPs, checklists, and repeatable systems
Requirements
-
2+ years of experience in social media management and content scheduling
-
Proficiency with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools
-
Experience with email marketing platforms (MailerLite preferred; Mailchimp acceptable)

Strong written communication skills for customer-facing interactions

Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or service-based industries is preferred

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Comfortable working with adult or mature content in a professional context
