Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Google Ads Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly Google Ads, within a fast-paced ad-tech environment.

The position is fully remote and involves regular audio and video communication with UK-based team members and clients. You will work closely with experienced professionals in the advertising industry and receive training to support your development.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to continuously grow their knowledge beyond formal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads and related digital marketing campaigns

• Support Shopping and catalogue-based advertising initiatives

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients via audio and video calls

• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis

• Follow established processes, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output

• Continuously learn digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Comfortable participating in audio and video calls with international teams

• Diploma or certification in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or a related field

• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
