Schedule: 40 hours per week,  Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm UK with 1 hour unpaid break

We are a London-based advertising technology platform that helps retail and eCommerce brands advertise their products online, primarily through Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Catalogue Ads. Our team works closely with brands to optimize product feeds and performance-driven advertising campaigns to improve revenue and return on investment.


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong analytical skills, deep experience in Google Shopping and Merchant Center, and confidence communicating with UK-based clients.

The position is fully remote and requires regular audio and video calls with UK teams and English-speaking clients. You will work closely with senior professionals in the advertising industry and play a key role in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid shopping campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Google Shopping campaigns

  • Create, manage, and optimize product feeds

  • Use Google Ads and internal platforms to view, manage, and optimise campaigns

  • Continuously optimise feeds and campaigns to improve performance

  • Allocate and adjust budgets based on top-performing products and campaigns

  • Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales, revenue, and ROI

  • Communicate campaign progress and results with internal teams across regions

  • Provide clear updates and performance insights to English-speaking clients


Requirements

  • Strong interest and experience in online advertising and eCommerce

  • Extensive experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • Strong analytical and business-focused mindset

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Confident in conducting audio and video calls with UK-based clients

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team

  • Must have direct, hands-on Google Shopping experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Facebook / Meta Ads

  • Previous experience working in an advertising agency environment
