Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and highly organized Business Development Manager to lead clinic acquisition and post-onboarding account management for a growing marketplace platform in the non-invasive beauty and aesthetics space. This role owns the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from outreach and onboarding to go-live and ongoing relationship management - across all Emirates.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for scaling the supply side of the marketplace by onboarding high-quality clinics, maintaining strong partnerships, and providing structured commercial and market recommendations to leadership. Final commercial decisions remain with management.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic acquisition & onboarding

Identify, prospect, and engage non-invasive beauty and aesthetic clinics across the UAE

Proactively reach out to clinic owners, managers, and key decision-makers to introduce the marketplace

Pitch the platform’s value proposition and secure clinic onboarding

Build, manage, and maintain a structured acquisition pipeline

Coordinate clinic onboarding, including profile setup, treatment listings, pricing inputs, and operational readiness

Support clinics through launch and go-live on the platform
Account management & growth

Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clinic partners

Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention

Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Support clinics post-onboarding to ensure alignment with platform standards and expectations

Gather structured feedback from partners to inform platform and process improvements
Commercial & market insights

Provide data-backed recommendations on pricing, commissions, and incentive structures

Track market trends, competitor activity, and partner expectations across the UAE

Prepare reports and insights using Google Workspace tools

Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and partner experience
Requirements

Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management

Experience in marketplace, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage

Demonstrated ability to manage both acquisition and ongoing partner relationships

Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, or similar

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Experience building and managing structured sales pipelines and partner trackers

Solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and partnership lifecycle management

Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to support decision-making through analysis rather than authority

Strong understanding of the UAE market across all Emirates

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
