Job Description: You’ll drive business growth through a strategic blend of lead research and appointment setting in the commercial HVAC space. This hybrid role puts you at the center of the sales pipeline, where you’ll build qualified prospect lists and convert them into valuable appointments. You’ll work with established systems and clear performance metrics while having the opportunity to maximize your earning potential through an attractive commission structure that rewards results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted lead research using the company’s proprietary CRM system to identify commercial HVAC prospects
  • Generate qualified leads focusing on facilities managers and operations managers
  • Execute structured outbound calling campaigns to set qualified appointments
  • Maintain detailed prospect interaction records and research activities in CRM
  • Follow proven calling schedules with dedicated time blocks for research and active calling
  • Meet specific KPIs for appointment setting with clear performance targets
  • Participate in comprehensive training on CRM systems, scripts, and commercial HVAC industry knowledge
  • Adapt to evolving processes and potentially expand responsibilities as you grow with the company

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SDR or appointment setter with demonstrated success in B2B environments
  • Strong research capabilities and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication and phone skills for professional outbound calling
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a structured schedule
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • Bonus if you have experience in commercial HVAC, facilities management, or B2B services
