Role Overview

Our client is seeking an Inbound Phone Sales & Customer Support Representatives to handle incoming customer calls. This is not an outbound sales role. The primary responsibility is to assist customers who contact the business with questions, product inquiries, and order placement.

This is a long-term role for someone who values consistency, enjoys helping customers, and can accurately follow established processes.

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)

  • During slower summer months, hours may optionally reduce to 20 hours per week, though full-time hours can be maintained year-round if preferred.

  • Availability: Willing to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time. During slower summer months, hours may optionally be reduced to 20 hours per week, with the ability to maintain 40 hours year-round for candidates who prefer full-time consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers 

  • Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, and availability

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s system following established procedures

  • Ensure consistency and attention to detail when processing orders

  • Follow internal guidelines and system rules for order entry and documentation

  • Provide basic customer support related to existing orders

  • Proficient with computer systems and order entry software

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

  • Quick learner with the ability to retain and apply process guidelines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience working with churches, faith-based organizations, or church products

  • Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or call handling

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or order management systems
