Outbound Sales Specialist

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM | Melbourne

Responsibilities:

  • Build extensive LinkedIn contact lists using LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator
  • Develop a comprehensive database of Melbourne-based corporate clients (1-50 employees)
  • Create and send personalized first-touch emails tailored to each prospect’s company and needs
  • Target multiple market segments, including corporate clients, wedding planners, universities, and schools
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with contact information and outreach status
  • Build social media presence and follower numbers across platforms
  • Conduct initial qualification calls and warm-up conversations with prospects
  • Continuously expand and organize the total prospect database

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills with a clear speaking voice for phone calls
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and database management
  • Experience writing personalized, engaging outreach emails
  • Ability to research and identify target prospects effectively
  • Tourism or hospitality industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach activities

Scope:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week) initially for the first month, with potential to adjust based on results
  • Working in the Australian time zone to align with Melbourne business hours
  • Focus primarily on Melbourne and the Victoria market expansion
  • Supporting early-stage startups in the rapid growth phase
  • Month-to-month arrangement with potential for long-term partnership based on performance
