Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible within client business hours (9 am to 5 pm UK timezone)

Job Overview: You’ll be the foundational sales development representative responsible for building this company’s entire lead generation engine from the ground up. This is a results-driven role perfect for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on achieving clear, measurable targets and want the autonomy to use their preferred tools and methods. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the sales process while working directly with leadership to drive qualified demos and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate 12 qualified inbound demos per month that meet defined ideal customer profile requirements
  • Execute outbound sales activities to identify and engage high-potential prospects
  • Qualify leads against two established ideal customer profiles to ensure alignment
  • Conduct phone-based prospecting and sales conversations with potential clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to target prospects with appropriate average contract values
  • Achieve consistent monthly KPIs and delivery targets in a performance-based environment
  • Participate in a quota-based compensation structure with bonus opportunities for overachievement
  • Build and optimize lead generation processes within allocated monthly budget parameters

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales development and lead generation with measurable results
  • Strong communication skills with particular strength in phone-based prospecting and qualifying
  • Experience qualifying prospects against ideal customer profiles and meeting monthly sales targets
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in results-focused environments rather than time-tracking cultures
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a startup environment
  • Bonus if you have experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and prospecting technologies
