Job Description: 

You’ll own the complete marketing strategy for a technology company that’s already proven product-market fit and is ready to accelerate growth. This isn’t about maintaining existing campaigns—you’ll build comprehensive marketing systems from the ground up, working directly with leadership to transform how they attract and convert their target market of 18,000+ UK real estate agents. You’ll have the autonomy to implement your strategic vision while being supported by a collaborative team that values expertise and long-term growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads) with full budget oversight and performance accountability
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to dominate organic search visibility
  • Build and manage social media marketing strategies and advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Create high-converting landing pages and conversion funnels that turn prospects into demos
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletter strategies that nurture leads
  • Produce compelling case studies and conduct client interviews to showcase success stories
  • Write strategic blog posts and press releases using AI tools for maximum efficiency and impact
  • Create video content showcasing platform features and dashboard demonstrations
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across all channels with actionable insights
  • Collaborate daily with the leadership team and participate in strategic planning sessions

 

Requirements:

  • Expert-level marketing experience across multiple digital channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing)
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or SaaS environments
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT) for content creation and optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance tracking and ROI reporting
  • Strategic thinking ability combined with hands-on execution skills
  • Experience building landing pages and optimizing conversion funnels
  • Excellent written communication skills for content creation across multiple formats
  • Self-motivated and independent while being a collaborative team player
  • Bonus if you have experience with marketing automation platforms
  • It helps if you have basic design skills or experience working closely with design teams
