Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week); Saturday to Wednesday 8:00AM to 12:00PM

Job Description: You’ll take ownership of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for a growing e-commerce brand, managing everything from paid advertising campaigns to PR outreach. This role offers the perfect opportunity to work independently while directly impacting business growth across multiple high-performing channels. You’ll have the creative freedom to optimize campaigns, launch new initiatives, and build the brand’s digital presence without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and visibility
  • Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search and display networks
  • Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies and campaign management
  • Handle Instagram social media management including content strategy and engagement
  • Manage and update Shopify store content and optimization
  • Conduct SEO work and implement optimization strategies across all digital properties
  • Secure PR placements and get articles published on external websites and industry blogs
  • Launch new advertising campaigns across multiple platforms based on performance data
  • Work autonomously with minimal oversight while delivering measurable results

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon advertising platform and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Ads creation, management, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook advertising and campaign setup
  • Social media management experience, particularly Instagram content and engagement
  • Working knowledge of Shopify platform management and optimization
  • SEO implementation skills and understanding of content optimization
  • PR and content outreach experience with demonstrated results
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and daily management
  • Bonus if you have multi-platform e-commerce advertising experience
  • It helps if you have experience in baby products or consumer goods markets
