About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development + Account Manager to drive growth by building new partner pipeline and supporting ongoing relationships with existing government/public-sector partners. This role emphasizes outreach, qualification, follow-up discipline, and keeping deals moving — while also running a light account cadence to identify expansions and keep partners confident in the relationship.
Important: This is a sales/partner role — not customer service. Customer support and field ops are owned by a separate Ops/CX hire.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with one hour of unpaid break

● Handle follow-ups and responses to inbound and outbound leads (tight follow-up loops)
● Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot: activities, stages, next steps, and key metrics

Deal Support (Founder-Leverage)
● Keep deals moving: scheduling, reminders, recap emails, next steps, deadline tracking
● Support proposals/RFPs: gather requirements, assemble attachments, maintain submission checklists/timelines, draft first-pass content from templates
Account Management (Secondary)
● Support relationships with existing government/public-sector partners
● Answer partner questions, provide updates, and help with periodic check-ins / annual meetings
● Proactively identify opportunities for expansion (additional locations/kiosks with existing partners)
