Our client is seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Admin & Operations Support professional to assist with daily administrative tasks and internal operations. This role focuses on keeping systems, communications, and trackers well-organized so leadership can focus on higher-level priorities.
The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing inboxes, schedules, and digital systems.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Triage and organize inboxes

Manage scheduling and calendar coordination

Follow up on invoices and outstanding items, as needed

Organize and maintain digital documents
Operations Support

Update internal trackers (non-procurement related)

Maintain CRM accuracy and data hygiene

Ensure systems and records are organized and up to date

Support leadership by taking ownership of recurring administrative tasks
Process Support

Implement tasks and handoffs based on leadership “Stop Doing” lists

Assist with documentation and workflow cleanup

Support internal process organization
Requirements

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Experience with inbox and calendar management
