Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

 

Our client is seeking a reliable and highly organized Virtual Admin & Operations Support professional to assist with daily administrative tasks and internal operations. This role focuses on keeping systems, communications, and trackers well-organized so leadership can focus on higher-level priorities.

The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing inboxes, schedules, and digital systems.

 

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Triage and organize inboxes

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination

  • Follow up on invoices and outstanding items, as needed

  • Organize and maintain digital documents

 

Operations Support

  • Update internal trackers (non-procurement related)

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and data hygiene

  • Ensure systems and records are organized and up to date

  • Support leadership by taking ownership of recurring administrative tasks

 

Process Support

  • Implement tasks and handoffs based on leadership “Stop Doing” lists

  • Assist with documentation and workflow cleanup

  • Support internal process organization

 

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Experience with inbox and calendar management

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Comfortable working with trackers and shared documents

  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently
