Job Description: 

You’ll be the driving force behind a growing executive coaching practice’s digital strategy. This isn’t just posting content—you’ll be researching industry insights, identifying growth opportunities, and helping create content that positions your client as a thought leader in the executive coaching space. You’ll have the autonomy to manage multiple platforms while supporting broader business development initiatives, with plenty of room to grow your responsibilities as you prove your impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and post content across multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct research to support high-quality article creation on executive coaching and leadership topics
  • Research and identify speaking opportunities and conferences for business development
  • Create and maintain social media posting calendars and content strategies
  • Support content creation by finding supplementary information and drafting initial content pieces
  • Engage with social media audiences and manage day-to-day platform operations
  • Assist with operational tasks related to social media management and business growth
  • Collaborate on content strategy to build thought leadership positioning

Requirements:

  • Experience with social media management across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Strong research skills and ability to find relevant, high-quality information quickly
  • Basic content creation and writing abilities
  • Understanding of social media best practices and posting strategies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with executive coaching, business leadership, or professional development content
  • It helps if you have experience identifying conference and speaking opportunities
