What You’ll Actually Do
Growth & Performance

Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta

Monitor performance weekly (CTR, CPL, CAC, conversions) and adjust fast

Use simple accountability and action based dashboards & reports that tell us what’s working — and what’s not
LinkedIn (this matters)

Actively manage and grow LinkedIn presence (founder + brand pages)

Confidently use Sales Navigator for lead lists, segmentation, and outreach support
-
Engage with comments, DMs, and conversations — human, not spammy

Support outbound campaigns without making the brand feel salesy or desperate
Content & Creative

Create platform-native content (posts, carousels, short-form copy, ad creative)

Brief or produce ad visuals and copy yourself (you don’t wait to be spoon-fed)

Repurpose content intelligently across platforms
CRM & Funnel Support

Work inside GoHighLevel to support campaigns, tagging, funnels, and follow-ups

Understand how ads → CRM → conversion actually connect

Flag friction points instead of ignoring them
