The Mission

Drive qualified leads, visibility, and conversions across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta using a smart blend of paid campaigns, organic content, and direct engagement

You will test, learn, adapt, and iterate. Constantly.

What You’ll Actually Do

Growth & Performance

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta

  • Monitor performance weekly (CTR, CPL, CAC, conversions) and adjust fast

  • Use simple accountability and action based dashboards & reports that tell us what’s working — and what’s not

LinkedIn (this matters)

  • Actively manage and grow LinkedIn presence (founder + brand pages)

  • Confidently use Sales Navigator for lead lists, segmentation, and outreach support

  • Engage with comments, DMs, and conversations — human, not spammy

  • Support outbound campaigns without making the brand feel salesy or desperate

Content & Creative

  • Create platform-native content (posts, carousels, short-form copy, ad creative)

  • Brief or produce ad visuals and copy yourself (you don’t wait to be spoon-fed)

  • Repurpose content intelligently across platforms

CRM & Funnel Support

  • Work inside GoHighLevel to support campaigns, tagging, funnels, and follow-ups

  • Understand how ads → CRM → conversion actually connect

  • Flag friction points instead of ignoring them

What We’re Looking For

  • Proactive, curious, and data-led

  • Comfortable switching direction when the numbers say so

  • Knows LinkedIn inside out — especially Sales Navigator

  • Can write copy that sounds like a human, not a marketing brochure

  • Doesn’t hide behind “brand awareness” when results are weak

  • Happy to collaborate, support others, and get stuck in

Red Flags (Read Carefully)

    • Needs step-by-step instructions for everything

    • Can’t explain why something worked or didn’t

    • Thinks engagement without conversion is enough

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business

  • Happy to support the wider team when needed

  • Open to learning new tools and improving systems

  • Doesn’t wait to be told — spots problems and fixes them - Keeping management informed
